This course is best suited to those who are established Supervisors  or Managers or for those who are returning to Managerial or Supervisory roles following a term of absence.

You will be encouraged to experiment with different styles and approaches and you will be expected to lead a least one of the course exercises. You will receive personal feedback via a tutorial and leave the course with a focused Continued Development Plan. (CDP)
