Upon the conclusion of every course, we ask delegates to complete a course feedback questionnaire. This questionnaire revisits each part of the course and invites your comments. You can be assured that we take your comments very seriously as they assist us with our own development.

 

Course Cost

The cost of each course is based upon the needs of the client and includes superior hotel accommodation, all course materials, meals and snacks.

Courses can be run for less than the minimum number of delegates although the minimum cost will apply.

If requested, we will carry out a workplace team, supervisory, management or leadership analysis. By doing this we can focus in on any specific issues and relate the course to those issues

 

Bespoke Courses and Ongoing Support

Each of the courses can be tailored to meet your needs exactly. We will carry out a detailed needs analysis from which we will generate a training and development event that fits hand in glove with your requirements. If required, we will continue to work with you and your team to ensure progressive positive development. We will carry our periodic health checks and assist new team members.
