Our courses are a fantastic opportunity to increase awareness and develop Team, Supervisory, Management and Leadership skills and styles.
Each course has something different to offer, but importantly every course has the same aim and that is to develop you both personally and professionally.
We don’t just sit in a room examining endless theoretical models. We operate a ‘have a go’ culture. However, we do examine the theoretical models but consolidated with practical experiences. We use a mixture of training methodologies to account for differing learning styles. Our facilitators are highly qualified and experienced and able to ensure that, irrespective of your own particular starting point, you will finish the course with new awareness and a whole new set of personal and professional skills. Course development Upon the conclusion of every course, we ask delegates to complete a course feedback questionnaire. This questionnaire revisits each part of the course and invites your comments. You can be assured that we take your comments very seriously as they assist us with our own development.
Course Cost The cost of each course is based upon the needs of the client and includes superior hotel accommodation, all course materials, meals and snacks. Courses can be run for less than the minimum number of delegates although the minimum cost will apply.

You can attend as an individual or as part of your workplace team or group. Each course has a different focus. The course description will help you choose the right course for your needs.
Workplace Needs Analysis If requested, we will carry out a workplace team, supervisory, management or leadership analysis. By doing this we can focus in on any specific issues and relate the course to those issues
Bespoke Courses and Ongoing Support Each of the courses can be tailored to meet your needs exactly. We will carry out a detailed needs analysis from which we will generate a training and development event that fits hand in glove with your requirements. If required, we will continue to work with you and your team to ensure progressive positive development. We will carry our periodic health checks and assist new team members. All this with the aim of keeping you and your team at the top of your game.
